We combine what’s in season with the best of local Dorset produce to create a seasonal menu with daily specials. Our food is influenced by our time in Asia and Australia and, in the warmer months, we cook over fire where possible using our wood fired smoker, pizza oven and giant fire pit. On our regular rotation of guest ales we feature beers from Otter, Cerne Abbas, Hattie Browns, St Austell & Gritchies. Local ciders are from Dorset Nectar, West Milton, Isaacs and Nether Cerne.
